Series Six arms
is a major departure based around a carbon fibre/aluminium composite arm tube and includes azimuth adjustment, revised antiskate and availability as 9" in both Rega and Linn-geometry fittings and a 10.5" version.
Against the Series Five the new arm is very definitely superior in terms of detail and precision. It positions the soundstage with far greater accuracy and separation and brings out some very fine details. It is remarkably uncoloured and simply lets cartridge and turntable do their work without adding or removing.
