Classic arm updates

We can supply the Classic II base (stainless vta lock) and alloy arm rest for diy fit to the early arms (322 to 880).

The arms can be serviced and brought up to the final Classic II specification. Upgrades like KLE bullet RCAs or a micrometer conversion can be added.
